Zoya Zafar

Zoya Zafar brought an ethereal pad-producing instrument called a HYDRASYNTH that immediately had the Mad Cafe staff swarming the stage during soundcheck. “What IS it? How do you use it?” But for all of the excitement the synth brought, it was immediately overshadowed when Zoya started strumming guitar and singing.

Her music is subdued, gorgeous, and richly layered with emotion.
